I would not purchase a home from this company. They do not follow up, they do not come back and complete work that has been started. They lie about everything from beginning end. I will be in home now 2years and they have yet to complete the walk through repairs, they 1year repairs or warranty repairs. I cannot get anyone to return my calls from the office. Awful company to work with. We purchased a home in Chelsea Park 10 months ago. The craftmanship is subpar from the drywall, hardwood flooring, window frames, etc. But the real problem is the flooding in our garage when it rains. Embassy is so concerned they haven't returned dozens of phones calls from my wife and realtor! Edited to note water is now in the finished basement of a brand new home.
Sales office at Parc at Lake Wilborn took FOREVER answering our questions. I had to follow up multiple times on almost every single request and essentially pester them into answering me (and to this day I still dont have the answer to some of my questions). Finally I stopped trying to email or text and had to physically drop by to get them to talk to me. Ridgecrest Homes/Embridge Homes built a house for me, and now Embassy owns them in some shape or fashion. I contacted owners of Embassy to correct the many mistakes of Embridge and Ridgecrest but not her[: Built a house with these guys. Terrible quality, zero customer service, no accountability. tried to give them every opportunity to fix things. They did not complete the items that were spelled out in the closing documents. Our experience was awful. We wasted times and energy and emotion into thinking that we would get our dream home. We agreed to whatever they asked us to do from booking the plot to the next... so when it came to the final contract, we were told that the builder increased the base price of this home!
