This is an absolute slum. Construction has been ongoing for 8 months and has left the apartments virtually uninhabitable. Management never picks up their phone and never responds to emails. This place is utterly disgusting and is a disgrace to Philadelphia. It was also nice having my door sawed through today because management lost the back up key to my apartment. What an absolute joke. I can't wait to move out of this hell hole
