My good friend was here, Avah was the case manager. Didnt return calls, didnt show up to appointments that she had scheduled herself. Overall terrible case manager
Disgraceful behaviour goes on in this hospital don't trust any of the nurses although they were honest to tell me that what I discovered does happen
Always been able to self refer in a crisis, I'm having a crisis, waited for a call back, got it, was turned away. That's great blacktown mental health thankyou, where do we turn when ur the last resort? Someone tell me? Because last I checked my capacity to source a gp for a referral then waiting to see psychologist that's free, I don't have that capacity anymore that's y this service works for me however not sure who to go to now. Thanks blacktown mental health u made an already difficult situation much worse. No help.
