Always been able to self refer in a crisis, I'm having a crisis, waited for a call back, got it, was turned away. That's great blacktown mental health thankyou, where do we turn when ur the last resort? Someone tell me? Because last I checked my capacity to source a gp for a referral then waiting to see psychologist that's free, I don't have that capacity anymore that's y this service works for me however not sure who to go to now. Thanks blacktown mental health u made an already difficult situation much worse. No help.

Virtually impossible to get in contact with anyone - especially doctors, this is the only mention of it outside of maps and directions. Majority of staff are rude and treat patients like pets. Refuse to take into account the mental health of their patients, who are there to recieve mental health/illness help. Overall I am consistently dissapointed in the service here.
