I was a patient in their young adult IOP for a few months. Everyone I met here was so kind, welcoming, warm, and supportive. Even through some staffing changes that happened while I was enrolled in the program, my immediate needs were always a first priority by every member of the staff. This place comes across Moree like a cult than anything else. My wife was sold a bill of goods and was told treatment was tailored to the individual patient and that one on one treatment was available. We showed up to find out that none of what we were told was true. Fake smiles and "sorry for the miscommunication" was offered. But 2 hours in the car deserves more of a mea culpa. Horrible phony vibes they definitely are looking for people to drink their brand of Kool Aid.

Embark BH LA is an awesome place with genuinely good hearted staff and they are a pivotal part of the community that is focused on more individualized support services for mental health amongst young people. Highly recommend their services.
