I just recently graduated from Embark, on January 22nd, 2026. I did both the PHP program and the IOP program. I just want to say thank you to everyone at Embark — you all genuinely saved my life. I did the VIOP with Embark and it was a success. This program taught me a lot of skills that I use day to day. The staff were very understanding and willing to help with all your needs. I felt extremely cared for and I felt heard and seen. I met people that changed my life for the better. I recommend this program to anyone who needs a little extra help with their moods or needs.
