Do not live here, extremely noisy. I've had several issues with ungodly noise levels from neighbors during quiet hours (literally 7AM this morning) and the most management done is send a couple of emails. There's literally no noise insulation from outside your apartment door and you can hear everything in the halls (dogs barking, children screaming etc.).
Team are responsive and accommodating and have made our move in process seamless. Love the Hamilton Park location and modern amenities of the unit.
Keanu and his team at the Embankment House leasing office are responsive, and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. The rest of the building staff has been just as accommodating and welcoming.
