UPDATE: After sending another email and leaving the review, the management has contacted me and returned the deposit. The team claimed that there were some accounting system issues. Be aware. We completed our lease at Embankment House and moved out on September 2, 2025. The maintenance team conducted the move-out inspection with us and confirmed there were no damages or deductions from the security deposit. The new building management is horrible. Oh, and by the way, you can kiss your security deposit goodbye even if you had no damages at all.
Embankment is a great place to live! The leasing agent, Keanu, made it so easy to tour the place and worked with us throughout the process.
The building and the rooms are nice and i am a current resident. But the management team is pathetic. They levy strange charges and include them in the rent, their faciilties are poor and maintenance is painfully slow. Their online facilities sucks, The newport management was way better than the current greystar one and their management team seem to not care about the residents.
