We’ve had a great experience living at Embankment. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and comfortable. The management office has been very friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff is always courteous and respectful. Great place to live and wonderful staff and management!!!
Good luck living here. After 1.5 years of mostly trouble-free living, I cannot recommend this complex to any prospective tenant. The Leasing/Management team, while friendly, has withheld the release of our security deposit owed to us after the final accounting was shared over 40+ days ago. I should not have to fight this hard to have our deposit returned.
