I love this place !
We moved into The Revetment this week, and so far we’ve had a great experience. The leasing team and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful. Keanu has answered all of our questions and helped with any issues that came up while we were moving in. Gus and the maintenance team came and resolved an issue for us right away, and they were very professional and helpful. Overall, we’ve had a great experience so far and are very happy with the building!
All we ever want is fixing the damn elevator ( only one Painfully slow elevator is working for months for hundreds of residents) instead of knocking down the lobby floor that’s totally fine as is and bringing new furnitures. I lived here for about 2years now, and it happened almost once a three months. So we just think one elevator as a default now. Prioritize.
We moved in several months ago and only have positive things to share. We appreciate everyone who works in our building but want to send a special shout out to Teffy who has been absolutely wonderful to work with. One of the things we appreciate most about her is that she is a genuinely caring, real person who takes the time to listen and help whenever issues arise. Our experience has been wonderful, and we want to give a special shoutout to Brenda, and Valentina the buildings desk managers, Keanu our leasing agent, Teffi, JoMarie from leasing office, Zila from cleaning and Jose and Edwin from maintenance. They’ve all been amazing and incredibly helpful. The amenities are well-maintained—even while under renovations, everything has been smooth, and the contractors are friendly.
