Living at embankment house has been wonderful! Special shout out to the Mike on the maintenance team and Keanu in the leasing office for always going out of the way to help!! Much appreciated!
My roommates have been residents of the Revetment house for almost two years and we absolutely love it here. We specifically want to highlight the responsiveness of Keanu and the property management team. Whenever we are in need of assistance, even outside of normal business hours, Keanu was more than happy to help!
Keanu rocks! Last month my roommates and I got locked out of our apartment on a Saturday when there is typically no front desk on duty and we were absolutely panicked. Keanu on the leasing team quickly and readily assisted us in getting back in and was super helpful every step of the way. Much appreciated!
Living at Embankment was alright. The leasing team with their friendliness compensated for the lack of availability of 24x7 concierge, frequent elevator downtime & other common issues that occurred during our 3 years of stay here. What was the most insulting, however, is how they treated us at move-out. The leasing team showed their true colors when we told them we wanted to move-out.
