Hi, can you please tell me when the amenities will re-open? I have followed up multiple times over email but haven’t received a response.
The apartment is fine, the management specifically Teffy has been diabolical. Moved out of the apartment at the end of January and it is currently about to be June and we still haven't received our security deposit. Have to go to Small Claims Court just to get there attention and receive it.
I recently visited and had a wonderful experience with the on-site team of Kenny, Teffy and Keanu. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. It's clear they put a great deal of effort into making residents feel valued and appreciated. Their dedication to maintaining a high standard of service and creating a positive community atmosphere truly stood out. They are a great reflection of what thoughtful property management should look like.
Keanu at Embankment House has been so wonderful and helpful with our moving process! He has been available at all times from day one and truly helped us feel at ease at all times. He is a major reason we choose to move into Embankment!
