Dr Tadros and Emily are great, but unfortunately the secretary treated me in a very rude and unprofessional way. After being a loyal patient for almost a year who always arrives on time to the appointments, I mistakenly missed an appointment which I scheduled with the secretary on the phone. She said June 25th, and I thought I heard June 26th and even took the day off from work especially for that. She insisted on charging me a $75 no show fee, which I understand, and paid of course.
