Dr. Rizkala, Dulce and the staff have been great. Surgery went well and treatments going good. All steps were explained. Office staff has been great also.
My husband went to se doctor yesterday, and was prescribed medication. The pharmacy called and told us the doctor needed to fill out a prior authorization. We called the office to have it filled out and was told the office doesn’t do prior authorization to go find a coupon if you can’t afford the medication. This is the last time we go to this doctor. We canceled his upcoming visit.
Please do not go here. My grandma had a UTI and needed to go into outpatient to receive an antibiotic. The staff (specifically Joan) was absolutely terrible at communication and was super rude. Kept calling every other day to let them know the symptoms (weakness, tiredness, legs hurting, falls) of what the antibiotic was doing to her and they said “she needs to follow up with us in 2 weeks.” A day after her last dose, she winded up in the hospital where it has led her to going to a rehab facility.
