I took 2 pieces of jewelry in to be altered recently and the work took enough time that I knew it was done right and turned out exactly as I specified. I was even able to choose the style and size of the replacement fittings. Mary Ann is always a pleasure to work with and has become a friend as well as an expert on jewelry and its purchase. Brent Christopher is the gentleman that greeted us when we walked in. He was immediately informative, unabrasive, and patient with my lack of knowledge. Not a single time did he come across as pushy, he simply tried to give ideas when I was at a loss. The store itself was beautiful and open so a broad shouldered guy like myself didn't have to worry about being too careful.
