I rented a condo for a week during labor day and the first night we were greeted with German roaches. In the morning I awoke to more roaches! I paid over $900 for the week, stayed only one night and Mariette of E&M will not give me a refund for the remaining 7 nights. I paid for a condo that I did not stay in and had to find another condo for the week in the same area. My advice to anyone - stay far away and rent from anyone else! FYI: These 5 star reviews are from family members!
Wow! What a wonderful stay and management company. I needed a place ASAP for friends that their rental had fell through on a booking site. I took a shot and called E&M Management for any furnished rentals for a month. They got my friends into two beautiful side by side rentals the same day and a lower price then the house they orginally rented. I would give E&M A++++ for customer service and their quality rental properties.
E&M Management Group was everything I could hope for in regards to assisting me with renting out my multiple properties. They use cutting edge website tools to find potential renters! Not only that, they have their own management company so repairs are a breeze. I could not be more pleased with their services and recommend them for rental properties and for anything maintenance related.
