The laziest women work here. I was the only person in the store at 11:30. The tech asks me to come back for eyebrow threading because “I’m going on lunch in 15.” It takes maybe 5 minutes every time for them to do my eyebrows. Again, no one else in the shop. Lazy lazy lazy. I won’t be back when your hours clearly don’t matter if they don’t want to work. Glad she turned a customer away to sit on her phone for an extra 15 before her paid lunch break. Be aware this is how they function here.

If I could zero starts I would very rude an do at best a half as job an she doesn’t wash her hands between clients an she keeps the string she does the threading with in her mouth an on top of that she overcharged me 30 dollars been and I was a returning an customer this was the straw!

This from my wife: the girl did a good job, but she was extremely rude! She was on the phone the entire time, didn’t greet me or even smile. Not sure how people think they can act like this in their workplace!

I had a great experience with Elham. She did a perfect job shaping my eyebrows and applying my lash extensions. She’s very skilled, gentle, and professional. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely return.
