Only 1 elevator worked. Rooftop bar closed due to a computer issue. Room service never showed Pull out couch was rough. Noisy at night Only decaf in room coffee machine. No soap in shower. Only shampoo
Very surprised this is an AC hotel. Minimal in-room amenities. Shower was disgusting and the faucet water smelled very strongly of sulfur. There is a 5” gap at the top of the bathroom door so you can witness every second of your partner doing their business. The street noise was unbelievable on the 6th floor, we barely slept. Tried to go to the rooftop bar on the 17th floor, walked in and there was no bartender in sight and a dozen people waiting at the bar. Upscale and eclectic while keeping the historic beauty of the building intact. Great rooftop bar and delicious food downstairs at the yard house.

All Elevators are down. Only service elevator available for 6 months until today when it went down. 17 floors in this hotel and no elevators equals lawsuit, cardiac arrest, etc. Unacceptable. Worst experience.
