We’ve lived here over a year and we have LOVED it!! The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Elysian at St. Rose if you want to live in an awesome community.
I’ve been living here for almost two years, this is the best place to live because of how close it is to everything and the fact that it’s a lot smaller of a community compared to a lot of properties in the area. Very safe and secure. The property has a security guard (same one every night) that patrols the entire property. With my lease being up, My roommate decided to live elsewhere just because the rent was cheaper. However, leave it to Tina and her staff to always come up with a way to keep us here. We are able to renew our lease and transfer to another unit that is alot cheaper than what we're paying now!! Thanks again!!
