If I could give it a 0 I would. It adds nothing to my neighbourhood; all it is is yet another oversized property that real Miami people cannot afford. Besides the design is ugly.
The building brings nothing good to the aesthetics of the neighborhood. Poor architectural taste. Just one more tall, skinny building, casting a shadow everywhere.
