I would not recommend this doctor because she does not care about the patients appoinment schedule.had an appointment at 4 and she came in at 5:30 cause shes busy chit chatting with other patients . She treats her patients like they are experiments and she always recommending them her products. I came here for cystic acne treatment and she recommended me a 700 dollar derma pen treatment which is not a cure for cystic acne.
Dr Rafal and all of her staff are welcoming and address any concerns you may have. Dr Rafal takes her time to sit with each patient and doesn’t make you feel like you are ever being rushed in any way. She’s an expert in dermatology and skincare as well as did an excellent job with the Juvéderm fillers in my lips. I can’t stress enough how sweet each and everyone of the staff members are! I’d highly recommend this office to anyone!
Seems to only care about pushing her products And they aren’t even good products. Waited an hour for her to tell me to try her products that I’ve purchased in the past. Going to find a different dermatologist
Wonderful experience! Dr. Rafal is an expert injector. Her staff was so attentive and caring. It's amazing how a little bit of Botox can make you feel.
Dr.Rafal and her staff were so warm and welcoming. She is a wonderful injector. I had Juvederm injection by my lip, to get rid of those tiny lines. I had Botox above my brows, to get a little lift.. What a big difference it made to my appearance. I look and feel great. Dr. Rafal made the entire procedure such a positive experience. I will be going back to her for my yearly skin exam. Wonderful doctor!!
Dr. Elyse Rafal is amazing. I had a mysterious rash under one arm. My doctor did not know what it was and sent me to Dr. Rafal. Dr. Rafal's super nice staff got me an appointment right away. Dr. Rafal looked at the rash, diagnosed it and called in a prescription. The doctor actually didn't rush me along, she was very attentive. The doctor and her staff were so friendly and knowledgeable I decided to schedule underarm Laser Hair removal treatments.

i came to Dr. Rafal for the first time, I have never addressed any moles or anything on my body, she performed a TBSE, she is very professional and smart, she caught a basal cell on my nose, so glad i came in !
