Worst experience I've ever had with injectable fillers. HARD sell, maxed my credit card out, and scarred my face. She leaves the room for long periods of time, and treated me like an experiment. Staff just nods yes and continues to push product on you.

The wait time is well over 1 hour and been there 4 times still same problem.She never knows if my insurance covers the prescription she writes and I must use pharmacy she recommends with is very expensive.
Dr. Rafal takes the time to understand her patients’ need and determine the best course of treatment.
I had Coolsculpting done for my arms and this treatment was the best thing i ever did ! The office staff is great and i am so happy !
Dr. Rafal is caring compassionate and meticulous. Her staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Rafal is a wonderful injector. My lips look beautiful and natural.
This review should not reflect on Dr Rafal as a Dermatologist. It pertains to my experience with her for Cosmetic Fillers. Plain and simple: Stay away. She is not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and does not have the skills that will give you the cosmetic results you want. This is high pressure sales at it's best, surrounded by a head nodding staff. If you want Cosmetics, go to a Cosmetic Surgeon only! This isn't the place.
