RecommendedI am ashamed to say that I hadn't been to a dentist in 4 years & decided I needed to get my teeth cleaned. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The cleaning was fine. The staff were very kind & friendly. I had 3 cavities and was super anxious to get them filled. Dr. Lefevre was great & very friendly. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure or see a needle. They have had my wrong address and I had no idea. I continued to go there since it changed hands and was told today they have been mailing my statement's to an old address. I informed them that I was getting correspondence when it was doctor Barnett's office. The office lady ignored what I said and got rude. I wouldn't suggest this "business" to anyone.
I have always been afraid of the dentist and I have neglected some care In the past due to this. For the 2nd time in 15+ years,I am pain free after a dentist appointment. I just left my second appointment and I am just amazed at how painless it was and the attention to detail this practice demonstrates is far beyond I knew existed. Thank you Dr and staff. Kudos to you!!!
I think Dr Poer and Kimmy are AWESOME. They make you feel comfortable while doing procedures . Love the updated equipment and think its great they do an after procedure X-ray with out cost to patient to make sure everything is perfect , if it's not they see and redo it right then other offices I've been to they didn't do that thus may caused more decay later and more expensive work done or worse loose that tooth . Elwood Family Dentistry has an awesome group of knowledgeable, caring staff. They were efficient, took time to explain the procedures, and gave me time to ask questions. My dental work required several visits to complete, and ended with perfect results. They were able to assist me with the financial aspect as well. Elwood is fortunate to have this group to serve our community...
This is the first time my kids have been to the dentist with this new group there and they absolutely loved Elizabeth and Dr. Poor (sorry if I spelled it wrong)!!!
