Awesome experience, not many look forward to going to the dentist and in my case I needed to be seen on an emergency basis which means High Anxiety. Immediately I felt the compassion of everyone that I spoke to and the dentist was beyond compassionate and fully explained options & my questions, never did I feel like I was being rushed. Thank you all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I would recommend this dentist office to anyone! The staff is absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve come in I’m greeted with a smile and treat so great! Dr.Lafevar (sorry if I butcher the spelling) is absolutely amazing! She was quick and fixed my teeth beautifully. If you’re looking for a new dentist Elwood Family Dentistry is the way to go!
Everyone is friendly and really care about your well being and teeth. They are even working around the most affordable way for me to get my teeth on track.
The dentist is so kind and so is the staff, 5 stars all the way.
I have been going to Elwood Family Dentistry since 1979. although the practice has changed hands, I still get excellent service and the utmost care. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. All of the employees and dentists are top-notch and very good at their jobs, they follow to make sure everything is okay and do not stop assisting you until you are happy and comfortable. I highly recommend them.
Another good visit at Elwood Family Dentistry. I've always been so afraid of the shots because of the roughness of the person giving them. Dr. Lafevre is the most gentle person with her patients. I have had all of the associates who work there working on me at one time or another and they all are very kind and caring about my comfort level. Thanks so much for taking the time with me to make sure I'm comfortable.
Been going to the dentist office for years with no problems. This last visit was my last visit with this HORRIBLE office. Have a new dentist and I will not even complain about the half hour drive. I’ve never been treated as I have been from this office from the front end to the doctor was such an awful experience. If you enjoy being mistreated and spoken to like you have less than a first grade education then this is the perfect place for you. As for myself and family, we chose to be treated like human beings.
