After doing a lot of internet research trying to find my 21 year old son a good vehicle I found a car at this car lot and sent my son to check it out. He was met outside by a salesmen. My son wanted to look and test drive the 2010 Honda Accord and was told that money needed to be discussed first. Within 5 days, my car goes dead while driving. When I called & spoke to Elvis about helping me get this resolved, he said he already made his money & that’s life! He stated “that’s what you get when you buy a used vehicle”. No apology, no offer to help, just rudeness!! Terrible customer service!! Please do research before buying your next car!
I looked at dozens of cars before choosing a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid from Elvis’s Autos. They were courteous and transparent, and they definitely had the best deal around for a used car. I would enthusiastically recommend them.
