DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I chose this company because their rates were competitive and they were local. Sadly I should not have. Not only did they bend metal parts of some of my furniture (that stuff can happen) two of the movers dislodged my front door and broke the door frame! After 1 month they sent one of the movers to my home with a drill and liquid nails! Really?!?! He promised that a contractor would return within a week. No one! This company is the worst . They not under BBB. I used they , the end of January 2018. The workers had been drinking just gotten hire two days before they was sent out to break My Patio table glass top, dragged my sofas, stole duffer bag of designers pocketbooks, a box 📦 of my son’s sneakers. And like one other customer said when you call the office you get no answer. Mr. Jackson is just a bigger croak as the worker. I won’t recommend this company nor anyone connected them them too haul my Dog Shit . The Worst
These movers were amazing Came right in the time they were supposed to Called early to let me know they were on their way Very professional and hard working crew. Fast and did the job well done. They worked in a team and followed the leadet. Great job by all 3. Only downside I would say is that I was told the wrong price for any extra hours above 3 hrs. The come in to my house break my staff scratch all my furniture didn't fix them back at my new place try to call the office nobody answer plus the guy was so disrespectful they put all my furniture in my house waiting for them to come back for 40 Minutes left didn't even say nothing didn't fix my furniture back
I am leaving this review for my daughter as she does not have facebook. The movers arrived 5 hours later than the allotted time scheduled. During the move, multiple items were scratched and one family heirloom shattered into pieces beyond repair when a mover accidentally kicked it over. Customer service has been giving her the run around for 3 months regarding reimbursing her for the damages. 9/30/16- Mr. Jackson, Lee and Brittany were informative, polite and professional. All questions were thoroughly answered. Accommodations made. An already stressful day, but thanks to Mr. Jenkins, Thomas and another gentleman (my apologies for not recalling his name), made moving easy, full of laughs ( which I desperately needed), and in no time, our belongings were loaded and moved to our new home. Our property was handled with care during entire process! I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!
They were punctual. They treated items with care. They were efficient and quick. Most importantly, they were very professional. They made this tough situation a little easier.
Thank you John, Reg & K for making our moving experience great. We had heard horror stories and were a little skeptical, but you guys......were the BEST! Even the Dallas Cowboy fan. We gave him a pass for the day. Eagles all day! The rain tried to get in the way, but you guys continued through it all. Thanks Robin T. for the referral. Mom & daughter totally satisfied!
This is my third time using this company. I dread moving & they were a great help. I had a crew of three & they did a phenomenal job. I'll be using them again!!!!!
