Excellent service. Friendly staff. Painless in and out. Looking forward to my next visit! Bailey did great and the front desk women were awesome.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Eluma. I reached out by email because I wanted to come in for a correction, but unfortunately I never received a response. I expected better communication and customer service, especially when I was trying to address an issue with my service. It’s frustrating to be left without any follow up after taking the time to reach out. I hope they can improve their communication with clients in the future.
