I can’t recommend Nurse Lauren enough! I have notoriously difficult veins, and she found one on the first try when most others couldn’t. She carefully checked my vitals, stayed with me throughout the infusion, and calmly talked me through everything — her professionalism and care were outstanding. The iron infusion took an hour, but with her support, the experience was far less stressful than I expected. Truly exceptional — she definitely deserves a raise!
Dreadful clinic, dreadful GP’s. The 2IC Elizabeth should be dismissed too, rude, argumentative and no care for patients or their feedback or concerns.
Really disappointed. Been trying to get in contact with this clinic all day for my test results and cannot get through… really poor service. Will not be coming back anytime soon…. To add to my review Francessca was highly disrespectful on the phone and further kept cutting me off and yelling at me on the 12/02/26. She was not understanding that I was at work and that I was going to give a form later and that I even filled it in a timely manner within the same hour of the email. Emily thought the receptionist was kind.
My husband & I have been coming to the Eltham Ridge Medical Centre for decades & have always found the service & professionalism of the Doctors, Nurses & Reception/Administration Team to be excellent! We receive the best care & referrals here which has enabled us to maintain the best possible life outcomes. The practice can become incredibly busy & I am grateful for the kindness & patience of the staff at the coal face of it all - they do an amazing job! Thank you!
Staff and my two favoured doctors, Dr Heydari and Dr Najibi, are always very polite, helpful and informative. I greatly value the care I receive from reception staff, doctors and nurses.
