I need to see my gp for an emergency related to my heart but reception won't let me see my gp they book me next mouth if anything happens to me ypu are responsible shame on all of you 👎
Have had a few bad experiences. Have been sick with tonsillitis for 4 months, had a DENTIST diagnose me finally today. My doctors here couldn’t even diagnose it- instead just gave me doses of antibiotics & steroids 3 TIMES back to back. Now after my diagnosis today FROM MY DENTIST, I have to get my tonsils taken out. A week before my study course starts Could’ve had this operation done months ago, aswell as not so many antibiotics. Health care system is a joke
What a horrible patient experience. The staff personnel are all so rude and useless. They were supposed to email me my docs, they forgot. It’s very unfortunate that I had to contact them only because the specific GP I wanted, happens to work in this clinic. Such a shame for Eltham area. Edit 2025: Years later, and nothing has changed. The staff remain as indifferent and unempathetic as ever. Why not invest in proper training on patient care and compassion? This is a medical center, not a high-end fashion house.
I have been going there for years even after l moved out of the area l kept going there. reception is always polite eager to help you.They give you a wait time and most of the times it shorter than what they estimate. I have never had a bad doctor there they are all caring and take the time to listen to you.
Dr Esfahani is a fantastic GP: caring, knowledgeable, and always listens attentively to patient’s concerns. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great GP.
