I called the Eltham Clinic and was pleasantly welcomed by a very efficient & kind receptionist “Francesca” . Francesca was diligent and attended to my query very quickly. Thank you
Receptionist Penny was rude, making me feel like an idiot just for wanting to book an appointment.
Dr Najibi is easily the best GP I’ve ever had. Dr Babak is great too. Receptionists leave a lot to be desired however
The best of best medical clinic for my little family! We are not local in eltham but this place had been our go to for years. Thank you always to the amazing staff at reception and to our GP Anil Banga :) Ash, Alex, lucia and Sienna:)
Excellent medical centre with caring and professional staff. I had a great experience at this medical centre. The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful from reception to the doctor. I felt listened to and well cared for. Appointments were well organised and the environment was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.
