I have always been pleased with my experience. Rarely do I wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Love my hygienist! She is very friendly and professional. A great mix! She, along with Dr. Elsner and the office staff make a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and even helped with my little boy while I was being seen when he couldn't be in the room. This was my first visit, but so far I love it!
I have never liked going to a dentist--ever. It had been almost a decade since I had scheduled a dental appointment. I gathered up courage and made an appointment with Elsner. Every single staff member I encountered was wonderful, friendly, and knowledgable! My exam and cleaning (while a little uncomfortable--my fault for not seeing a dentist in awhile!) was excellent! The staff is very frendly and personable. They answered all of my questions and were curious about my expectations. They helped me to devise a plan that will meet my immediate and future needs. I would highly recommend this dental office!

I found Elsner Dentistry by chance. They were willing to work with my insurance. What I found there was a group of very competent, kind, experienced, and proactive people. This is so important, especially for me, a highly anxious individual with horrid fear of dental work-even cleaning! I am more than happy to make the 45 minute drive from my home to Westfield to see these folks. I highly recommend them.
I love how Elsner Dentistry has the newest technology and make my visits there very comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous doing everything possible to make my experience pleasant. I highly recommend them to make sure your teeth are well taken care of for the rest of your life!
I felt my annual cleaning and exam was very good! Very through and even being the last appointment of the day the cleaning was not rushed. Definitely a recommended dental office.
