Been a patient for almost two years. Started going when my vision got blurry following a NYE Dr. Pepper bender. My blood sugar was all out or whack. Dr. Elshatory broke the bad news to me that I was going to need eye treatment. We did laser treatment with little effect, and eventually had to resort to injections. Dr. Elshatory diagnosed and laser treated my retinal tear recently. I had successful cataracts surgery with another doctor about six months ago, and suddenly I had bad floaters and blurred vision in one eye. It was a "snow day" in DFW, every medical office was closed, but Dr. Elshatory met me at his clinic, diagnosed the problem, and performed the laser treatment. He is an excellent physician - knowledgable, caring and experienced. Thank you, Dr. Elshatory!
A BLESSING ! We have been patients of Dr. Elshatory, for several years. He saved my wife’s vision! She has diabetic retinopathy and we needed specialized medication. He was able to get the medication and deal with insurance and the manufacturer. He also administers eye shots every visit and the duration gets longer. Which means there is great progress. Thank you very much :-) added info: This year our insurance again is trying to Delay, Deny and Defend....but Elshatory Retina is working hard for us!! Thanks.
Dr Elshatory did successful surgery on a significant hemorrhage in one of my eyes and then treated both eyes via laser. My follow up appointments are now just to keep a check that nothing further is required. Very pleased❣️. The office staff are the best…they genuinely seem happy to be at work and are the most friendly staff off of all my doctors .
I have been seeing Dr. Yasser Elshatory for over a year now. The staff is friendly and the office is organized. I get Avastin shots in both eyes. While it is not the most pleasant procedure, I must say that Dr. Elshatory has the hands of an angel! My previous doctor - constantly had very long wait times...it was like a cattle call.
