OMG. Love this place I have lived in Elsewarehouse’s for the last three years. My space is incredible and the community is amazing. I moved here from out of state and have met a fantastic group of friends here! If you want style, grace, and a lovely rooftop, this is your place.
Perfect spot in the North Loop Great location, square footage and amenities. Building is safe and secure with superb service.
Such a vibe!! Daniel at the front desk is one of the nicest, most professional staff members we’ve encountered! Josh from maintenance addresses any issues you may have quickly and efficiently. Definitely has been a pleasant living experience thus far.

The location is unbeatable—everything I need is within easy reach, and the neighborhood has a great vibe. The building is well-maintained, and I’ve truly enjoyed my time here. Love this space I've lived here for a little over a month and so far have had a wonderful experience. the building itself is gorgeous and the amenities are amazing. It's quiet, safe, and beautiful.
Best Place in North Loop Wonderful place to live - building is gorgeous, rooftop is the best in the city with three terraces and a cozy indoor + versatile outdoor. Lofts are beautiful. Location is central and easy to bike or train anywhere, getting to the arts/food in North East, the lakes in Uptown, downtown, or all the restaurants/bars/coffee shops right around the corner in North Loop. Highly recommend.
Hidden gem in the heart of North Loop! I love living at ElseWarehouse. Every apartment is unique in its own way and has super tall ceilings with brick walls with hardwood floors. I never thought I would see myself living in an old warehouse building but it has become my favorite space so far and feels so cozy! It’s such a great location in north loop and has the best rooftop! Great place to live in late 20’s Honestly being 28 and living in Else has been such a surreal experience! The location in North Loop, Minneapolis is perfect, so many restaurants, parks, breweries, sporting events, and music events in walking distance! Not to mention the Mississippi River is only a few blocks away with great walking/biking trails! Else apartments in general are industrial style with large windows and thick walls. Great apartment company The staff at Elsewarehouse is amazing and they make sure everything and everyone are taken care of and safe. They are warm and welcoming.The Elsewarehouse team has been responsive and dedicated to providing the best customer service to residents. The facilities and amenities are incredibly well maintained and a representation of the community that resides in Elsewarehouse!
