I have been seeing Dr. M. Elser since before cell phones. You don't get any better. Even though I've moved out of town I still travel 65 miles when i need to see a doctor. Always returns calls and the staff has always been pleasant. (at least to me anyway)
Here is what is sad, the DOCTORS in this group are amazing, I have seen a few of them and I love them, except for the long wait to see them, that IS HORRIBLE! I mean an HOUR wait at least! But what makes them a one star? The office staff! UGH! they are lazy, mean, rude, and gross. Last thing I want to see is the nurse(or just a woman wearing scrubs) outside smoking before she comes in to help me, yuck! It is also annoying when they open at 8:30am, and you call at 8:40 am and you reach the answering serivce! WTH?! I just got ... read more
