Great customer care, fast service, knowledgeable
The staff is very friendly and Dr.Tekle has such a good sense of humor that she puts you at ease. This makes it much less stressful going to the dentist. She is very friendly, thorough, professional, and does not appear rushed. Her assistant is also very pleasant and is excellent help in working together with Dr. Tekle.
Professional and caring. Explains thoroughly why a procedure is needed. Friendly. Overall great service.
I was really impressed. I was prepared for a long wait, but was ushered in immediately I finished formalities of signing in. The whole experience was very professional and I was made to feel at ease and was well attended to. Fears of visiting the dentist is over.
