The office cancelled my appt because i was out if the country and did not respond to an email to confirm my appt. After I took use my leave to take off from work. Big inconvience. Then i called the office and verified my phone numbera. Mind you ive been a patient of Dr. Tekle for 5 yrs. Ive updated my phone number everytime i came in twice a year. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. As a single working mother, I had to miss work to bring my two children in for their filling appointments. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, their daycare had them elsewhere without my knowledge. When I called the office to explain the situation, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and unsympathetic.
