A gang member was MURDERED in January 2017 in one of the laundry rooms. That should be enough for people to steer clear. Another murder suspect was apprehended there in a separate incident. Of 50 online reviews, only 8 were positive. It looks fine on the outside, but apparently people who live there are super unhappy and it is crime-ridden.
