A great appointment in a history of great appointments.
I've been going here for the past 4-5 years, maybe more and they always take exceptional care of me. They listen to what I want and if possible, they do it! They fight insurance to help prices and have plans to help if they can't get insurance to accommodate their requests! You want prompt, affordable, and friendly service, go to Dr. Bobs! They saved me and still are!!
Nobody likes going to the dentist...at least it's not on my list of favorite things to do. But Dr. Bob's makes the visit at least bearable! I was taken on time, reception already had my insurance info, the hygienist was competent and gentle and all went smoothly. I was texted before the visit...had to reschedule and that went well. I recommend Dr. Bob's! HM Bateman
Dr. Katie always does a good job. I have been going to her for years, and have never had any complaints. She can pull off some miracles with teeth. They make me feel very comfortable there, and they get you in at the time your suppose to be in. I will be going here for many more years to come.

This dental office is wonderful. The reception staff is friendly. The dental hygienist work quickly and efficiently without any pain to the teeth and gum area. They are very informative and care about the health of your teeth. The dentist works quickly and efficiently as well and cares about the health of you teeth. Overall this practice is friendly and inviting.
I love getting my teeth cleaned. Call me crazy. I love Dr. Bob's Elmwood Village location because it is so nearby and so well staffed. It is always a pleasant experience and I feel that the skill level and attention to detail is simply excellent. Thank you!
