Wonderful staff everyone was really nice.
I am very pleased with the staff and Dr. Katy Burgler. I have been to three dentists in Buffalo since I moved here in 2009, and this office is the best.
This was my first time as a patient at Dr.Bob's. It was an extremely pleasant experience. The dental hygienist was very pleasant and helpful in her advice, alongside, she had great charisma. The dentist that I saw was such a cheerful soul. You could tell she loved people and had a passion. I would advice anyone to become a patient here. Thank you for the experience.

I love going to Dr. Bobs on Elmwood. Dental care can be kind of daunting especially when you are not taking care of your teeth as well as you should. However, the staff always makes me feel comfortable and respected. From the receptionists to the doctors everyone provides a warm, inviting atmosphere while making sure you receive the most up to date, most professional dental care possible.
went in for a crown. was in and out in an hour. all questions answered, future appointments set. erin at the desk is great. kat and dr. katy are fantastic. dont dread going to the dentist anymore
Dr. Bob's Dental in Kenmore is the best dental office I have ever been to. My dental cleaning was very gentle and efficient, which I appreciated. I also had two cavities filled and the dentist explained everything, including prevention measures I should take to avoid cavities in the future. Each time I went for an appointment, I had NO WAITING TIME. I also love the staff there. They are so warm and professional.
I never have a bad experience.
