Horrible customer service. I have tried two separate times to purchase “ready to ship” products. Both times, once in February and once last week,I called I got sent to the Same salesman. The first time it took him almost 2 weeks to call me back. This time he did not know the price of it or if advertised item was in stock. Stated he would call back by the end of day and never did.

Requested samples twice, never received. In email I offered to pay for the extra quantity I requested. Never responded. Lost $30,000+ sale. Poor customer service.

We purchased material with their lackadaisical specs. Then a year later, we needed to order more and it came to us looking nothing the same as what we ordered the first time. When I called them, Pat said he would get with his manager and see what he could do. I got no return call....still waiting on a call. 😡
The product is amazing! However the customer service is terrible. We were promised our mantel in 7 days it took about a month, the problem was we had to always follow up with our sales individual Derrick and then got the VP Sales involved was not any better. We finally got our Mantel and love it. I would not recommend going forward.. This was a small job and maybe they are not fitted for small jobs, but based on my experience I would be afraid of a big job.
Had a rough start, wasn't pleased with the mantle but the company worked with me and we were allowed a return for $60 to help cover shipping. Today we received our mantle and it's exactly as we'd hoped! They kept in touch the entire time.
This company is horrible. Product showed up damaged which I refused to take receipt of the item. I returned the product after a lengthy conversation with the company. Waiting for my refund of $1100 I was told by the company that even though they received the product back that I was still responsible for 50% of the purchase price per their contract.
