Horrible work environment. They don't work with you when you need days off. The mandating is overboard. And you get wrote up for taking your children to the ER for a 203 fever (mind you he was 5 months at the time) and for not even knowing you worked because they put you on the schedule that morning to work that day and don't even call you.
I would like to take this time and thank each and everyone of the staff at Elmwood Springs for taking such great care of my ex mother in law Carol Rando thru her last few days here on earth with her family a d friends. She was a wonderful woman and will never be forgotten! ! Thank u all once again
Miss working at Elmwood! Staff and the care the patients/residents receive is amazing. Hope to return, even if it's only PRN, after I finish my AN.
