There’s not a pool I don’t know why it says a pool on here but there isn’t! The apartments just got remodeled from The inside so they’re better, and they regularly do bug sprays. There’s a lot of homeless people out and about in the area but there’s food right across the street so.
Poor Value The apartment was in a good location but was in poor conditions. I inquired if there's any bug problem during the showing and was told no such issue. After moving in, I found dead cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom. Be aware, the lease made pest control tenants' responsibility. When I moved in, the carpet was filthy, and the paint on the kitchen floor and cabins kept peeling off and sticking on to my furniture. The small window unit AC did not work.
