At first I could not decide whether these people were incompetent or dishonest. The "internet sales director" sucked us in with a deal, claiming he could get the particular car we wanted from another dealership, and we agreed to the fee of $600 for them to do that. 5***** So I was looking to buy a car, but with this economy, I was on a tight budget. I decided to go to Elmore Toyota because my friend referred it to me. Right as I walked through the doors, a salesmen promptly walked up to me. I explained my situation, being a single mother, my budget, my income. Unfortunately this is not just a bad experience, but also a case of damaged property, lies, and theft. I am finally coming to the end of a 5 month-long mess of issues with Elmore Toyota which started with them severely damaging my truck. Although I am relieved to finally rid myself of them, they ended our encounter by stealing $300 from me in one last hurrah. Worst service in my life – can i rate this minus???? horrible crappy service.. first off they tell you ohhh we can get you this car for this price .. Not that good – I am surprised that this place actually sells Toyota.. I was on the prowl for a Prius, new or used. I had done the research online and started calling around. The first call should have been enough.. within one minute the sales person was telling me that the Prius was one of the hardest cars to find, in fact, in Silver it was almost impossible. Worse Dealership Ever – Got '09 Camry Easter Sunday, had it's alignment serviced 4xs within two weeks of taking it home. Service dept. states car was being serviced based on "my preference". Didn't realize wanting your new car to drive straight was a matter of preference. Shame considering the sales part went well. Appears to be ok now, but I'll be getting an independent mechanic's report because of Elmore's incompetent service dept. Not driving the car, in the garage for the time being.
