Dr. Metcalf and Kelly make excellent team. Very thorough, knowledgeable and caring! They really take their time to make sure everything is done precisely and I am comfortable.
I have been going to this office since I moved to West Dundee in 2004. I have never experienced such professionalism and quality work.
Very happy to see West Dundee take over the practice. Annette is still the best hygenist I've been ever had and Feli at the front desk is always so accommodating. Dr Hersch and his assistant Sherri are both very professional.
