Love living at Elmhurst 255!! My husband and I have lived her for several years and have nothing bad to say. Management is great - they are always doing something nice for the residents! Highly recommend living her if you are looking to rent in Elmhurst!!

I’ve been laid off during the covid-19 pandemic and Management doesn’t care that you’ve been laid off and can’t find work. They don’t care if they take all your unemployment or any part-time work wages and have nothing left to live on. They are still evicting people during this time and I now face homelessness because of how uncaring management of this building is. Do not move here ever. They don’t care about their tenants at all. The 255, as we like to call it, is a perfect fit for us. We have plenty of beautiful living space, it is clean and upscale. The pool and outdoor area are amazing. The staff is very friendly and always available. Access to the social scene in downtown Elmhurst is a huge perk. Without a doubt, we made the BEST choice with Elmhurst 255!
We have lived here for a year and love it! The location is great - downtown Elmhurst, short walk to the Metra station, and close to major highways. The amenities are excellent and the staff is very helpful and friendly!
Elmhurst255 is a great place to live been here for over a year in a 2 bedroom apartment. The amenities are great with the fitness center and the community room with the outdoor pool. Highly recommended and right in the heart of downtown Elmhurst.
