History Established in 1974. Elmer was born in Sonora, Mexico and came to the United States at age of 11. He grew up in Los Angeles area and started his work career very young. These folks are awesome! I've lived in the neighborhood for a bit over 5 years and have always been impressed with how much they have done for the community! We live in interesting times, as can be seen. These good and clever people have already put together a triage drive-thru to keep the community fed with wonderful food in these trying times!
