History Established in 1974. Elmer was born in Sonora, Mexico and came to the United States at age of 11. He grew up in Los Angeles area and started his work career very young. Carne Asada burrito!! This is the BEST burrito I’ve had since I moved here 4 yrs ago. I have been looking forever for a carne asada burrito similar to what I used to get in the Chicago area. No luck until today ! I’ll be going here from now on. The food was great !

We had to go to Ikea in Chandler all the way from Scottsdale. I heard about Elmers and was stoked to see if we could some Birria tacos. We were in luck. We order some Birria and some pastor and carnitas tacos. The Consume was stellar. The staff was super nice. They asked if we like Aranchada (not sure if spelled correctly). We were like what’s that and she hands us a full drink. The answer is yes. We liked it very much. Great place and great food.
The new quesabirria tacos with consome are out of this world, delicious. They have the flavor, quality, and depth of an authentic family recipe. 10 out of 10 stars, highly recommend!
The green chile beef burro is amazing! spicy just the way I like it. Salsas are so good. Tacos de papa!! yummy 😋
