Now I know why Dr. Elmer Chang is so highly thought of! He is a very knowledgeable doctor that cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the he options recommended. He allowed me to express my opinion and he acted on my questions and concerns. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Chang.
I like Dr. Chang. He seems very good but his office does not answer the phone and they don't return calls. I asked for my records and did not receive a call back for 3 or 4 months. I had already given up and forgotten about it. I needed an MRI recently and I had to go back and forth from the doctors office to the hospital in extreme discomfort, in order to get anything done, because you can't reach them by telephone. Very poorly run office.
Excellent, kind, knowledgeable and has wonderful staff to back him.
Dr. Chang performed my colonoscopy and my endoscopy. He is a very caring doctor and he did a great job. He is conscientious and professional.
Dr Chang is extremely thorough, caring and really listens to a patient's concerns. I never feel rushed by him and he always takes the time to answer all my questions. I would, and have, recommend him to anyone. The fact that I make 140 mile round trip to see him speaks volumes!
Dr. Chang is a very professional, caring and competent physician once you get in to see him. I have a hiatal hernia that occasionally causes me extreme discomfort. During an episode some months ago his office was unable to schedule an appointment for me until approximately 2 months in the future. I realize that my condition probably isn't life threatening but as an existing patient I hoped to be seen sooner than 2 months. That is too long to wait when you are in pain.
