I've lived in Knoxville for 6 yrs. I am on medicare, and have been with 2 other dentists here,was not happy with their care ! I went to dr.hafner, wanting a female dentist, and found the best care,caring, gentle, informative! Very happy with my choice ! Recommend her 100 per cent !
I had an appointment for 9 am Monday morning little did I know but I was hoping for a tooth extraction and I got it. I started with Joy who was amazing on xrays of my teeth all of them didn't miss a one we had a great time we worked together and she snapped some great pics. Then we moved on to the procedure my wife was holding leg and Joy holding my hand we got thru the numbing just fine in fact I only felt the first poke. Fast service. They corrected my problem gave good instructions regarding care and follow up
The pain was unbearable and I called and they were able to see me immediately and completely took care of my issues!

When i first went to see Dr Sonjia i was scared stuff and was prepared to have to live with dentures. For the rest of my life. Every one of the staff I dealt with has been GREAT! 2 extractions, a cleaning and a crown and i still have my teeth! My smile is GREAT! I hadn't been to a dentist as i should have been for so many years, I didn't know what to expect. Dr Sonjia and Carrie and Connie and Barbara are the best! There's no rushing.
