Moved to one of their properties in September 2020 , seems sort of relaxed. I went on their online maintenance to put in maintenance request about in May 2021....it is now June and the issue ...loose board on patio area (over head) , when it rains my patio furniture (and me!) gets soaked , from water pouring down on me, still not repaired. In my opinion, residents should be able to get rent reduction for work not done in apartments, they charge us late fees!!
