The Malden clinic is convenient and in a great location the staff there is pleasant and very helpful, specifically Chelsea at the front desk she answers any questions I have and always returns phone calls in a speedy manner!!!!! She is an asset to elm tree clinic and deserves praise for the work she does daily helping addicts trying to recover!!!!!
The Elm Tree Clinic technicians are the best! I’ve been to various treatment centers, many of which have been bought and sold countless times and I didn’t think I would find a comfortable place ever again, however Elm Tree Clinic in Malden has meet and exceeded the bill. Thank you to their staff for making patients feel welcome and at home. 5 stars!!
My experience at elm tree has been nothing but amazing, between the workers, nurses, therapists my time so far is a blessing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Migena and Maria are always so sweet when they great you at the door and they are so helpful with setting up upcoming appointments.. I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend elm tree to anyone who needs the service they provide. 10 out of 10.
My experience with my therapist at elm tree clinic has been out standing. I realy could not ask for a better therapist she's helped me so much and is continuing to be a great source of support for me. I call her she answers, I make a appointment she's on it. I have hade prior therapist in the past but she exceeds them buy far not only is she my therapist I consider her a friend that I can trust now. Morieen your awesome thank you so much
Writing this on behalf of a friend who is not very fond of leaving reviews but asked me (more like insisted) to leave a review because of how pleased she was with the front girl at this place. She felt welcomed and was very happy with the service received. Front desk girl (I think her name is camila) was very helpful, let my friend use the phone to call a taxi and even offered her snacks :)
