Referred by prior tenants as I'm trying to assist a senior find stable housing. Truly appreciate the referral, however I called for general information and office manager was rude. Owner please get her help or replace the lady "M" if she can't be professional with people.
I agree the pics they are posting are deceiving. Also these are low income apartments and the manager was asking my sister for 6 months back income to move in like seriously these are LOW INCOME this place is a rip off and the owners need to do something about this manager who is rude and lacks customer service. I'm glad my sister turned this nasty place down. The owners really need to learn more about who they hire to run these apartments.
Elm ridge apartment are very old. These are low income apartments. The pictures on the website for these apartments are deceiving. The residents @ this complex always bring complaints to the manager (her) attention. She has the brush off attuide towards the residents. She says I'll address the problems. But she fails to take action, to have the problems resolved that have been brought to her attention. There's always some sort of issues @ this complex.
