I never received their mail that said I was behind on payment. Never received notification that the card and their website wasn't functioning. I contacted them to fix their site because when I checked my bank account I was ahead on amounts. Turns out, their website wasn't functioning! Not very happy to see water damage inside my storage unit. I know we got a lot of rain this year I’m just very surprised how far back it got into my storage unit..
This storage unit is a joke. We have been paying for over 3 years maybe missed payment twice, just paid a full month AFTER TURNING AUTO PAY OFF, they still charged our card!!!! They will steal and then kick you out!! RUN FAR AWAY!
