We've been going to Elm Creek for MANY Years. We have ALWAYS been pleased. Never a problem. We've had 4 different dogs there as clients and 1 rabbit. My dogs even look forward to their visits. Tails always wagging. We started out seeing Dr. Laurie Phifer with our rabbit then we switched our dogs there too. When Laurie left we say Dr Rierson. We've seen a couple others from time to time for a spur of a moment apt. Give them high grades all around.
We followed Dr. Nevo to Elm Creek Animal Hospital. She is the most kind, caring and knowledgeable Doctor we have had. She takes time to answer all our questions and explains things so we can understand. The staff is great too. We are very lucky to have found Dr. Nevo!
My work privileges me with spending nearly 24 hours a day with my dogs. They are family and when we need to visit the vet, we always come back to Elm Creek, where i feel they become part of the family when caring for my pups. I can tell genuine care for my dogs ' well being and for my feelings, as well. Always giving their best effort in sharing their knowledge and seeking answers when needed and following up to see how my dogs are doing, when we are on the road, after they have been treated for something. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever brought my pets to. The entire staff shows compassion to every animal they see. I really appreciate Dr. Blum. She is so gentle and kind. She walks you through everything and answers all questions so you know exactly what is going to happen.
