I had to bring my rabbit George in for some care. We made three visits in a week. The staff was knowledgeable and did the best they could. Sadly on the last visit tough decisions were made. The staff was caring and compassionate. I appreciate Dr. Dukes manner in explaining what was going on with my poor bunny. If you have a pet rabbit I highly recommend bringing them here. Your animal will get great care and you will be well informed on what's going on with your pet.
I brought my cat in this morning for a visit because he was having trouble with his bladder. The staff was amazing from the moment I talked to them on the phone till the moment I left. I felt they took special care for him and for me... they explained everything and worked with me every step of the way. Thank you so much! Happy owner, Happy cat!!!!
As new puppy owners, we couldn't have been happier with our experiences here. We brought in our puppy Bear, who was very sick with pneumonia, and everyone was so caring and took time to explain everything. He is doing so much better, thanks to everyone here and we are looking forward to future "happier" visits.
I had a great first experience here at Elm Creek with my 9 week old puppy. This was the nicest vet staff I've ever met. They cared for my puppy and my puppy really liked them. They didn't try to sell me on every product under the sun either. The staff was very loving and caring. It was all very comfortable and clean. I'm moving next month and regardless I'll be continuing my service with Elm Creek.
