I had to bring my guinea pig in this morning. I called three places and was told by all no openings. I called Elm Creek and was told we are double booked so you might have to wait,but bring him in as he needs to be seen. When I got there I was warmly greeted and told it will just be a minute. The staff at Elm Creek are incredible, compassionate and caring people. The services and expert opinions they have provided me for my elderly dogs has been amazing. Doctor Jo Croswell and staff are truly incredible people and have treated us like family. I cannot thank you enough for the work that you do.
We have never had any bad experiences in all the years of using Elm Creek. The staff always does a great job.
