Elm has a really solid process. Returns calls, makes and keeps commitments, and did a great job with a major upgrade to my home’s AC system.
We began interviewing companies for estimates for upgrading and replacing our AC system. Elm AC was recommended, and owner Scott O got back to me immediately to schedule an appt. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that I had missed the appt. and called back to apologize and reschedule. We've used elm air for 2 different ductless mini split installations. Both installs were smooth and pain free! the team did a great job keeping things clean and were very informative answering all of our questions! highly recommend to others
