Waited 45 minutes for pedicure and manicure had the quickest pedicure with no care taken and no drying in between - I have a pedicure to spoil myself and expect the massage which was also virtually non existent pedicure finished then waited another 10 for manicure but walked out and only pad for pedicure- no customer service at all
Waited that long for a pedicure that the water in the spa went cold ! Massage? What massage? Rubbed my calves twice and that was it.. then after the shellac was applied I was left to sit there for 20 mins.. waste of money & waste of time.
I went in for a pedicure with my husband and I've had an ingrown toe nail for years and years. The lady that was doing the pedicure decided to spend so much time tidying up that 1 nail and I didn't ask her to nor did she have to and weeks later she actually FIXED my ingrown nail. I thank her so much! I've had heaps of pedicures before and never had that much effort put in and I'm so glad. Thanks again!
Hon does an excellent job, as always.
I am extremely disappointed with the service received at this salon. My client, who has recently suffered a stroke, had previously had shellac nails applied but experienced chipping and flaking shortly after. She specifically requested builder gel for added strength and longevity. Instead of receiving professional and empathetic service, my client was met with abrupt and dismissive behaviour.
