Extremely unprofessional experience. I walked in simply to get a quote for a 21-karat gold chain. Instead of telling me their price per gram, the employee repeatedly asked me how much I wanted to spend. That makes absolutely no sense. When buying gold, the standard practice is to price it by weight and purity. Do NOT go here. Extremely unprofessional and shady business practices. I walked in just to get a quote for a gold chain. Instead of telling me the price per gram, the employee kept asking “how much do you want?” which makes absolutely no sense. Any legitimate gold business should clearly state the price per gram based on the karat. That’s standard practice. Bought a solid 14k diamond cut rope chain 4mm a little over a year ago with a 14k pendant with diamonds. Still love the chain to this day and wear it everyday! Helped with increasing the bezel size on the pendant to make it fit the size of the chain without extra charge. I come here for all my jewelry needs !
Came to Exchange earrings for different ones because the new ones with we bought my wife wear them for a day and she’s not feel comfortable with them. I asked to exchange and ready to pay more but owner said no, he said it’s not normal to exchange something after you choose it by yourself! Also, it’s no price on jewelry all the places have a tags with price on jewellery except this one not recommend this placed for purchase jewellery! Poor customer service
