Came to Exchange earrings for different ones because the new ones with we bought my wife wear them for a day and she’s not feel comfortable with them. I asked to exchange and ready to pay more but owner said no, he said it’s not normal to exchange something after you choose it by yourself! Also, it’s no price on jewelry all the places have a tags with price on jewellery except this one not recommend this placed for purchase jewellery! Poor customer service
They stold my expensive gold coin ring, and gave me a cheap copy, when i gave it to them to repair. They are clever theives!!
They are theives and they perform poor work. I brought in a 28" chain to be changed into two bracelets, adding a clasp in the meantime. The chain weighed 10.53g when I brought it in. When I received it back it weighed 9.70g, including the 'extra gold' I had to pay for in the form of a new clasp. I then took the two new bracelets and the remaining chain, and the total length was now 25.5". He stole 2.5" or almost a gram of 14k gold from me.
